FAQ – Measuremen Portal

1. Before a study

1a. What is the Measuremen Portal?

The Measuremen Portal is a business intelligence tool that allows you to view all of your workplace data in one powerful, cloud-based solution. With the Measuremen Portal, it is possible to view all of your workplace insights, for example, the workplace occupancy, the activities performed within the office, and the workplace preferences across teams in seconds.

1b. When are the insights visible?

All of the workplace insights are available after five working days.

1c. Do I have access to the insights straight away?

This depends on the solution. Normally, after five working days, the insights will be shared with you. Only the Workplace Benchmark and the Scope of the project will be shared with you before the Measurements starts. However, sensor data is available immediately after the completion of the dashboards.

1d. Can I share my login credentials with my colleagues?

No, because of the safety of the systems.

2. During a study

2a. Where can we see the insights per building or per floor?

You can use the filters on the right.

2b. What if I need the data from the lower and upper departments together?

Select random departments in the first graph and filter the right departments in the new insight on the right site.

2c. I can’t figure out which filters would lead me to the information I’m looking for. What should I do?

All answers related to this question can be found in the System Onboarding sheet.

2d. Can we see the heatmaps in the Portal?

Yes, this is possible.

2e. Is it possible to make a breakdown per department and workplace type within the Measuremen Portal?

Yes, in order to comply with GDPR it is only possible to break down per department with at least10 workplaces. To make it possible we need a room list (MS Excel sheet) with an overview of workplaces belonging to their respective department so that this can eventually be processed in the report.

3. After a study

3a. What can I do with the workplace insights?

You can compare the outcomes of several studies with peers in your own industry or others. Also, it is possible to review, share and provide feedback between departments and teams. This allows you to create synergy and engagement between your employees.
