Project Assistant (temporary)- Amsterdam

The job:

As a Project Assistant, you will be working within the heart of our company: the Project Management team. Our goal is to serve our customers in a perfect and efficient way, so they can optimize their workplaces with our insights. Besides planning, you will prepare projects, do inventories and coordinate measurements throughout the Netherlands. We are looking for someone who is available 40h per week, for a duration of 3 months (mid-August to mid-November).

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Preparing and supervising projects (coordinating with customers and inventories)
• Coordinating project details with your colleagues
• Supervise observers during the execution of the projects
• Help report the insights to our clients

You:

• are available full-time (can also be on a freelance basis) from mid-August to mid-November 2022;
• have strong communication skills on an operational, tactical and strategic level. You work with a lot of data, which we turn into actionable information and insights for our clients;
• you are accurate and like to work with data and people;
• you are stress-resistant. The workload can vary but is always challenging. You will therefore need to be able to work under pressure;
• have at least an ‘HBO’ degree;
• have full working proficiency in English and Dutch.
