We are Measuremen! We improve working lives worldwide. We collect data by measuring how our customers’ workplaces are actually used (at home or at the office). Based on this data, companies can make the right decisions about their workplace strategy and work environment. We do this with a team of young and enthusiastic professionals in the heart of Amsterdam.

The Job:

As our Back Office Associate, you will be part of the Back Office. Our goal is to support Project Management so that our projects run as smoothly as possible. In addition, you will ensure that everything in our office runs smoothly and efficiently (office management). You will do all this in a small but nice team!

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Performing administrative tasks, such as payroll and processing claims;
  • Making schedules for our projects with regard to on-call employees;
  • Being the point of contact for internal and external parties;
  • Taking care of the applications and onboarding of (temporary) employees;
  • Managing and providing office supplies at our office.


  • have strong communication skills and are not afraid to address others;
  • work in an accurate manner and have organisational skills;
  • are stress-resistant. The workload can vary and can be challenging at times;
  • have an HBO (higher professional education) thinking level and are available for 32-40 hours a week from mid-August to mid-November 2022 (with possible extension);
  • have full working proficiency in English and Dutch;
  • are flexible with regards to working hours.
